I originally joined the site because I used to make graphics (signature banners, icons, and the like) and I had wanted to use the artwork of DeviantArt users in the graphics. But eventually I changed to photography instead (partially from fear that I would use someone's image in the graphics without permission, and get into some huge legal mess, but mostly because I became quite fascinated by photography), and it now makes up the majority of what I upload here. I also draw occasionally in the anime/manga style, and I'm hoping to do more cosplay in the future.
